I wonder how many use this herbal formula correctly? It is to be swallowed and not rinsed down the sink, it's effectiveness comes from being digested as a herbal supplement as well as direct use on the gums and teeth.

I am 100% sold on this Christopher Formula and the prices they have always asked is 100% CRAZY! The ideal method is 1# and forget the little jars, etc.
