Since I believe Andreas Moritz diagnosis is what is going on with me, I also believe in his treatment/cure. That is to regularly liver and Bowel Cleanse along with more alkaline diet. I believe it will take many of us a long time to heal even though we will be doing the right things to help fix it.
When I first noticed an improvement in my lips (that is a slowing down of the peeling, less rawness, and thinning of the peeled skin) I had done 3 Bowel Cleanses (you can actually Bowel Cleanse without Liver Cleansing in case anyone didn't know), also I was eating very alkaline foods and taking herbs to help kill off overgrowth of bad bacteria in my gut. Also I was not eating any bread, fruit or sugar.
Recently I have begun to eat more acid-forming foods as there are hardly any alkaline foods that are fattening as I really need to put on weight first. Also I started taking a digestive enzymes formula which has Betain HCL (a strong acid) in it. Since doing these things I've noticed my lips have got a bit worse with red raw bits appearing again where the skin has peeled. The skin that peels remains thinner though. I am not upset about this though. To me, it only adds support for Andreas's diagnosis. I am going to see if I can get a digestive enzymes formula which does not have the HCL in it as I feel it worsens the condition for me.
For me though when they started to improve, it can only be put down to changes going on internally. I stopped using creams about 2 years ago.
Thats great that you have begun liver flushing. I am not suprised you noticed no improvement after one flush. From what I have read about liver flushing, the more chronic your condition (I believe ours is chronic), the more times you need to liver flush. I think it may take between 10-20 flushes as well as eating more alkaline foods before we really start to get better.
Hope this helps for now.
