A couple of drops of oregano oil helped my pulls reduce my post nasal drip and congestion. Also, it may help to do pulls back-to-back during the same OP session. When I have the time, I try to do 3 pulls in a row, and that seems to help keep the drainage from backing up during the rest of the day. I typically do 5 minute pulls, so extra pulls don't take as much time. Also, the intense congestion did pass with time.
