If you're headache disappeared, then it might well be working. Soon when you pull your sinuses will begin to clear. I believe the headache leaving was just the beginning. Multiple pulls might definitely be called for here. Just don't do them to close to bedtime because some have reported insomnia when done too late (like after 6 pm). I would try to pull when you have an empty stomach.
