Well, the whole idea is to pull toxins, then spit. Some believe that you can reabsorb toxins while pulling, so you might get her to do 5 minutes...rinse...5 minutes...rinse just to make sure. Perhaps just a 5 minute session to begin might be enough to start her out on....

Just a thought.
