Hi misschris,

I stopped eating red meat 7 years ago and my mother still offers me sausage every time she makes it-lol. I just kindly say, "No thanx mom I just ate, but it smells delicious." She is perfectly aware that I am a raw vegan.

A lot of people I know and love don't agree with my diet but they still respect my decision to eat only raw fruits and vegetables. I just have to explain that "I've done so much damage to my body and I want to do something good for it. I feel better than I ever have in my life and don't want to stop until I know I'm ready." They usually don't argue with that one.

One thing for sure, I know I will never eat dairy again in my life! No, thank you!
