Any experience with TOMATO while doing this procedure? I noticed that it was not in your recipe. Any reason why it's not included and what's the proper way to cook it if I want to add it to my meals?
I am reducing the steroid from 1/per day, to 1/per 1.5 days. I am reducing colozal from 9-12 pills a day to 6 pills a day. If I see negative symptom, I will increase.
