Hi!
I have read Natural Nutrition for dogs and cats, book from Kymythy R.Schultze and began feeding my westi with raw bones(chicken wings and necks), all kind of chopped meat,fish mackerel, I mix all kind of vegetables in blender, add probiotic yogurt, flax oil, kelp and C vitamin. Boy was I afraid in the begining, but now seeing how her health is promoted I put away kibble and processed food. Of course I give her sometimes some cooked meat as you do. Anyway, better feeding with cooked food,then poison from kibble. She is my life and I agree with you about "friends".
