Shelly is a wise woman who has experienced this first hand unlike many other practitioners. So I would think she right on target.


It is so hard ot be patient as we do not know if we are gaining ground. We do not know if we are doing the right things. But all the confusion can be greatly lessened if we just focus on what is right for the body. The body can heal. And what took years to develope will not go away quickly. So hang in there.
