but, if i read right, you said, that before you met shalley you did the 8 flushes. so you still stopped flushing?

i read in a tread from Andreas Moritz , that salt water flushes are not so effective as Epsom Salt in flushing everthing out after the liverflush. he meant SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is not enough. so i'm worried because i also don't like the epsom salt, but andreas mean its not bad for the kidneys. i'm a little bit afraid of avoiding the relaxation of the liver through the magnesium...

the soy granuals and olive oil (each 1 tablespoon) should be taken together for stone dissolving before the flush?

i know shelleys site but it's hard for me to go through, because of my bad english. but it'S a really good site with lots of good infos. but i need month to understand all this stuff...
