Thank you damien. I tried Coloumstrum once...lordy that nealry did me in! But i've read many times over that it helps a lot of folks. Good luck with that! :-)

You know, I have read that the liver is actually to blame for the foggy head thing, but I really don't get that symptom any more and my poor liver is struggling much as ever! Hmmm. Well actually I am sure it's struggling WAY less now a days because it doesn't have loads of nasty candida burrowing in it.
