Hi! Congratulations on finishing 10 days!

I do one day cleanses almost every Monday. I have found them especially helpful this summer where my weekends would be spent at family picnics and such eating a lot of unhealthy food. I don't usually do the senna tea or the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) since it is such a short fast. I have found that a one day fast is good at resetting my mind on how I should be eating.
