Hello,

I liked your advice to the gal starting in two weeks. What would you say to me?

I near fainted last night on the Master-Cleanse for standing up to quickly and getting a little over heated from a hot bath. I really want to go on but the Master-Cleanse seems like it is a lot for me this time (its my 2nd time in 2.5 yrs) so, I was thinking of switching to juice fast but have NEVER done it before, don't even know where to begin.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions you might have.
