I'm interested in what you say as its on my mind alot at the moment.

Have you done colonics? and do they get rid of mucoid plaque? I had problems with psyllium husk, it bunged me up but I feel I should try something. I am wondering if something is blocking my colon even though I have done colonics (is this possible?)

When I describe that I have to pee (constantly and small amounts) within half an hour of drinking water my colonist says my body is in a really dehydrated state. She says she drinks about 4 litres a day (did I hear that right?!) and only has to pee 6 times and then for a long time. My urine is not dark like yours.

Sometimes when I have drunk a few glasses of water I feel quite weird, dizzy and the white tongue gets worse. You would think it would have the opposite effect.

One thing I have discovered is that if I drink hot water (which I have grown to quite like now!) I dont have to pee immediately. Must be better absorbed.
