I did my 6th flush last night/today and I must say that this one is completely different from any other. I started passing stones immediatly upon arising. Alltogether I would say that I passed between 100-150 stones. Not as many as my last flush but completely different! I passed only 2 or 3 green "gems". The rest were all tan and of a chalkier consistency than the green. Only a few were larger than a pea.

I must confess, I did absolutely no "prep". No malic acid, AJ, or anything. I'm either getting very comfortable with the process or somewhat lackadaisical.

Experienced flushers, have you noticed a difference in the types of stones passed as you go through the process? I have only been able to find info on the make-up & bile pigments of the stones. I'm hoping that tan stones indicate either improved liver function(as in, not creating stones as fast) OR that I've worked on the clog to the point that I am now beginning to get some older stones out. or both!

I have also completed a 3 week kidney cleanse, although I interupted weeks 2 and 3 to do Liver-Flush # 5. I have also been bowel cleansing, 2 wks on Shultz' IF #1 and 2 weeks of okra pepsin. So I would say that my eliminative function is purring along right now.

And, finally, these are the benefits I have gained from all this flushing and cleansing. I have gone down in weight, I've gone from my fat-fat pants to my skinny-skinny pants. I don't weigh myself as I am very muscular and I would always weigh more than I "should". The scale is my opressor! I am very fluid and bouncy in movement. I feel great! My skin looks great & my eyes are clear. I've heard more than once lately that I have a "glow"!

The benefit that I am enjoying the most, though, is the leveling out of my emotions. I am 47 & in my menopausal years. The last few years I have noticed that negative moods would CONTROL me. & I hadn't been like that before! I am a positive person! I really could not find my way out of these negative thought loops. In conversations with other females my age, I've found that many of us suffer the same symptoms. It's VERY unpleasant! There were times that I really didn't like myself & who I was seeming to become...and I also felt powerless to change it. Well, let me tell you Ladies, there IS a way to change it & it's called liver flushing! The liver regulates our hormones so a clogged liver can CERTAINLY be a causative factor in "stuck" emotions.

I have noticed though, that between flushes, the moods do come creeping back in. That just tells me that I have more cleansing to do! :D
