get your Sugar cravings met in the most healthy way possible, thats my rec. i ate an entire muskmellon the other day bigger than my head. it was great, and i had no Sugar crash. i took some kelp with it for mineral support.

another thing to do is to use unsulphured organic black strap molasses. the molasses is very high in organically bound minerals. the REAL problem with white Sugar is that all the minerals have been stripped. you need the minerals in order to process the sugar. sugar in and of itself really isn't that bad for you, but when you strip away the minerals and eat it alone then its a big problem.

whenever you eat any fresh fruit always take some kelp with it. kelp is the best all around source of minerals in the world in my opinion. the fruit will satisfy your sugar cravings and the minerals in the kelp will help to process the sugar.

another thing to do is to take pancreatin, which are enzymes that support the pancreas. the pancreas helps to regulat blood sugar levels, so taking those enzymes ensures that your pancreas is strong and working well.

this is how i have dealt with my own sugar cravings. i personally never had success with just saying "okay no more sugar, thats it!" that approach never worked for me. maybe it does for others, but not for me. instead i just get my sugar from healthy sources and eat plenty of minerals along with it.
