Mmm-hmmm. Been there, done that. Always say I won't EVER do it again. "EVER" usually comes around on after I've been maintaining a successful program for a long period of time and someone tempts me with an old favorite.

But like you, I just relearn that indiscriminate eating is followed by awful reactions that takes days to recover from.

I know how you feel...
