no.no.no. it doesn't sound convoluted at all! He is a Bodybuilder and has, in the 20 years I've known him, eaten very healthfully however, since we have moved from Hawaii to the East Coast he has taken up an M&M habit(and various other junk food) which I'm sure is due to depression. Thanks so much for your post, it was enlightening!
