It's apparently already too "expensive" or something to be used in salad dressings. Even the so-called "healthy" salad dressings contain mostly canola or soy oil, or maybe part canola, part olive oil. Can't find one that uses JUST olive oil. So you have to make your own. Most people don't want to make their own, which means that even people who consume salad to be healthy and choose the organic "healthy" salad dressing are consuming junk oils.
They really make it difficult, don't they?
