I find the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) easier when using warm water. It tastes kind of like chicken soup. Also, I don't know what size grind of Sea Salt everyone is using, but the larger grinds will obviously make a less saline (more palatable) drink. If you are using fine/shaker grind salt you might want to use a little less.
