thats great to hear about your nails, I hope to see some changes in my nails (grooved, thin, weak) and hair too, hopefully it will stop falling out, Ive lost about 1/3 of my volume.

I just play the intuition game every day with my supplements, some things every day sometimes not etc. Seems to be working ok.
