For what it is worth, I had a run in with mold that I had ingested and had pretty instantly a LOT of flu like symptoms; achy joints, muscle pain, I REALLY felt awful. I got lots of good suggestions. I don't know how to put a link to it, so for what it's worth some of them were cinnamon, clove, tumeric, curry, vitamin c, and flushing the colon were all recommended and very helpful. I did some high grade essential oils internally (not usually recomended, but they were high grade and I was desperate) Two days later I was fine. I hope you get feeling better soon.
