HI - Sorry to hear you had such a rough night last night! I have a couple of th same symptoms such as:

* Extreme exhaustion (AT times)
* Eyes are sensitive
* Bad mood (more often than normal)
* Very Icky mouth feeling (even after brushing)
* also, i have been experiencing back pain. for some reason, anytime i have fasted i get back pain. i don't know why. i have only fasted 2 days at a time before this time though.

i have not heard of the intestinal cleanser. that is probably a good thing to do along with the Master-Cleanse to get "extra" out.

My Day 4 is going okay so far. I feel sluggish. and this morning, I was SUPER cold!! I had to take a really hot shower to feel better. i am down about 4 lbs. so far. I'd be thrilled to lose 10 lbs all together and keep it off. do u think that is realistic?

IT is so thrilling to be ALMOST 1/2 way there (for those of us doing 10 days)!!
