Basically, I had been in lousey health since I was in my late teens (I'm now 44). In hindsight, I believe the cause was some combination of candida and/or hypoglycemia. There was a general sense of fogginess all the time. I had gone to regular doctors and all the tests checked out fine. They patted by back and sent be on my way. "Gee, thanks for nothing."

I did get some releif from accupuncture but it wasn't lasting. I would have periods where I would feel a little better and then I would go into the "fog" again. It's an aweful feeling and I never want to experience it again.

I'd say the first real breakthrough came about 4 or 5 years ago when I came across information about the liver flush. I promptly start doing them about 2 weeks apart and the first few times, I was absolutely shocked at the size and quantity of "stuff" that came out of my liver. It was like, duh, no wonder I wasn't feeling well. Huge rubbery matter that had to have been blocking my bile ducts something aweful. Afterwards, I experience a lightness I probably hadn't felt since I was a child.

I think that sent me on a quest of sorts. It was kind of like, "if this Liver Flush has existed for so long and I'd never heard of it, there must be other things I've never heard of that are equally or more beneficial." Trust me I've looked at and tried lots and lots of protocols over these past few years. Some good, some that didn't do much, and others that were absolutely excellent (ozone being one of the latter). When I read McCabe's book, I was stunned that the world didn't know about such a wonderful and powerful substance. Here are natural practitioners in Europe curing cancer and AIDS, and on and on, and nobody knows about it. I bcame an evangelist of sorts. But I discovered something interesting. The average person doesn't really care. They see you as a sort of oddity. Maybe it's blindedness or maybe they merely think, "if something were that good, certainly we'd all know about it." That led me to my disgust of the medical cartel that runs this country. Well, enough about that...

Yes, ozone will kill candida. But candida is one of the toughest things to get under control. The ozone has to come into contact with the candida in order to kill it. CS will as well. But I've found if you keep feeding the candida with refined sugars, it seems to thrive no matetr what you do.

For the most part I enjoy a healthy, fog-free life style these days and I virtually never get sick anymore. I still have to be careful that I don't eat refined sugary items or that will send me back down a spiraling path of poor health no matter what protocols I'm doing. About 5 or 6 weeks ago I noticed that I was getting diminishing returns with ozone and CS, etc. and I realized that I hadn't done a Liver Flush in probably 2 years. I did a couple of those and, voila, feeling great again. So, there is no substitute for a good liver flush.

I've probably rambled on far too long.
