It takes me 7-9 days before I notice enough that my clothes feel different. Maybe it's because I am overweight so it takes more weight loss. Your doing well and I'm sure your losing weight. I generally lose weight first and then the inches catch up. Maybe that's why my scale is going down (same as yours) but the clothes take longer.

Don't give up, we are rooting for you!!!!
