Please help me out - I have had high blood pressure for a number of years now - recently started new protocol of natural meds with alternative doc. About a week ago for two days my blood pressure was so high I was frightened.

I made it through but since then I have had the most horrible, painful flue like symptoms but with no temperature - the alternative doc told me that you do not need to have a temperature to have the flue.

Well, today I am worse. What do you guys recommend?? There is just so much vitaamin C that I can take - I am always bloated and crampy and now, I feel like I am going to die - my head is stuffy my body is aching like you would not believe.

I would appreciate some suggestions from the experts here.
