Im feeling really well not feeling thin yet though!! Bugga!! but it really is only a matter of time till we can see that we have lost weight its inevitable Jen it will happen there is no way at all we cant lose weight, if we give in we wont but if we keep plugging away at it it WILL HAPPEN Dont give up Jen you have tried too hard and come too far to let a bit of food in your mouth make you feel like a falier, not that you would be a falier but I bet that is how you will feel a few minutes after eating.I will not give in that way I know I have done everthing I could have by the time the wedding comes around.Have some juice Jen if you need to keep your energy up, you get the same energy boost and you dont get the guilt that comes from the intake of food. keep chatting if you need to as Im only doing filing at work Thinking of you ps do you know what you weighed at the start of this? oh and have a nice bath and read a fitness magazine in there that always inspires me bec
