I have a question about your iodine-how does it compare to lugols, is it the same concentration same type of iodine?
Do you have any idea how long you are going to continue on your current dosage? I am wondering how will I know when to cut back on my Lugols or stop taking it altogether.

And did your dry skin clear up with the Iodine before you started taking the fatty acids? My dry skin is clearing up pretty fast too but I am not sure if its the Iodine or the fatty acids.

My whole family recently got got sick with a nasty bug, we all took the Iodine and it went away FAST, my husband didnt even have to suffer one day.
