it is true that buried emotions cause physical symptoms. stress is just the way alot of emotional states look on the outside. i'm curious why you wouldn't just get a good therapist to work through the emotional issues?

uncovering things you have been stuffing down is what a good therapist helps you do - plus the realization that you are suffering from emotional pain - both realized and unrealized is the first step to a balanced and calm psyche.
