I forgot to say a couple other things. I sometime forget to mention, but if you're new you may not know this. Only drink your ozone water on an empty stomach. Usually a half hour to an hour before eating a meal. Otherwise it will try to oxidize your food. I've done this a couple times and it made me feel sick.

Also, I think you mentioned that you have a medical grade ozonator. I just wanted to be sure that if you're doing insufflations, that it is indeed a medical grade with a pure oxygen feed.
