His book has ALOT of value for the beginner... Although the value has much things explained from right/wrong. That guy is the reason I am sitting here in PHENOMINAL shape. After reading about high fructose corn syrup, perservatives, etc. The race began to clean and purify myself. I was astonsihed!!!! I agree some products create damage although a lot of information he states is correct. THANKS TRUDEAU!!!
