Thanks. And as far as cascara and such, Im not sure if it screwed me up. I took it for 3 years and it worked great. When I stopped I couldnt eliminate well. However, I couldnt go before either. So what Im saying is, I was back to square one. But now Im changing my diet dramatically. I do agree, everyone is different and ANYthing can cause dependency.
