peopole can get dependant on ANYTHING that artificially stimulate peristalsis. this includes cascara sagrada, which is in both Dr. Schulze and MH's forumulas, both of which of course are based on dr. christophers formulas. do some research into cascar sagrada, any good site will tell you that it can cause dependance, i know it happened to me and it screwed me up bad.

now, i know for some people cascara sagrada works great, and they have no problem, but this is not true for everyone.

kate, if you had problem with Dr. Schulze , my guess is that you will have problems with LBB, as they are very similar formulas.
