OK thanks. I do love this stuff. I took Dr Schultz formula for 3 years! not knowing it could be habbit forming. Then took 3 years off and was going ok, just not good. So I used oxy or enemas a couple times a week to clean out. Im hoping this LBB can make my colon stronger. Good to know the food doesnt really make a difference. Although Im sticking to this raw diet for awhile since I feel good on it.
