Thankyou for your reply. You and I really have quiet a lot in common. BLOATING is my main concern. I started getting bloated and getting a feeling of "incomplete evacuation" almost 1.5 years ago.

My digestion has always been "iffy", but this bloating was something which raised a huge alarm and I started looking for answers. My quest for the cause of my bloating actually brought me to curezone.

Initially I thought I had Candida and went on a big time anti-candida diet. Also took anti-fungals to kill the so called yeast( like coconut oil, nystatin). Nothing has worked. And the constipated feeling lingers on.

I have been religiously Liver Flushing because no amount of supplements could fix me. I have tried tons of probiotics, digestive enzymes ( though not in mega-doses as finallyfaith suggests).

My BMs are also usually very narrow. I fail to understand why is that. Drinking teas made with safe herbs should be fine. Let me know your experience with your cleanse. maybe I need something like that.
