Hi, when I was reading your story I thought you were actually writing about me. We seem to have the exact same condition. I am also about the same hight,weight and age!! I just came back from the health food store with " Ultimate Detox and Cleanse" It is a two week program. I am aslo on " super Cleanse" but it caused constipation instead!!! I do not know whether I should stop using the cleanse while I am on the program. I am also thinking of using BWH along with cloves and fennel seeds. I shall let you know about my results with the " Ultimate Detox Cleanse" since I know how confusing it can be. I suggest you have a cup of warm water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning. It is very stimulating. I really like it. Good luck to you.
