Hi Rabbitears....where can I find some good quality ayurvedic herbs, are there good sources on line? Or can you suggest other places...I need something strong.

The herb doses I experiment with are much more than what would be standard. Standard dose does nothing for me. I take herbs by the tablespoon (the ones that are safe to take in this dose). I found a couple tablespoons of clove/day was very helpful...first one I've found in a while that I could feel appreciable results. Although, I'm not sure how much of the population it's decreased, but I feel better since taking it, and I'm not ravaneous all the time, and my palor went away.

I've also been taking hyssop, which again, I'm not sure how much it's doing, but I can feel a difference in well being...we'll see...takes time.
