One of you said you took LBB for 9 months and go regularily now. Did you have constipation before taking them? And did you reduce your number of pills as time went on? Im taking 10/day and eating mostly nuts and juices. Also, Im craving bananas BAD but didnt know if they are constipating me more. Since you eat a raw diet I thought you might know if that is only for those eating cooked foods and bananas.
