excellent, thanks for your response, thats very helpful. if you look at my post just a couple up from this in response to magnolia, you will see that i tried the EM but it irritated me, can't be sure exactly why. i will look into the product you note, thanks again. oh yeah, and look at my new post about natto, what do you think about that?
