i just did last night, boosted with a few drops of food grade h2o2 mixed in before using it. that stuff works good.

CS can be safely used inside and out of any orifice on the body. that is my experience, anyway. i am not a female, but for vaginal yeast infections, i cant imagine a better thing to use than CS.
