Hey Nicole, yes I'm in Sydney. If you go to the Crows Nest Macro, its in the japanese section with the other seaweeds. I think our kelp species is Bull Kelp, so it might be a little different in that regards. You can also look up the King Island place. I was going to contact them to see if they did a powder, but never got around to it. I wish we could get some from Tassie or NZ, that would be really good!

Personally, I haven't noticed much difference, but I take a number of supplements. I know I was low on Iodine about 1 year ago, which is why I take the kelp, and other seaweeds. I will probably get tested again in a few months.
