as has been explained to you, your problem is not a lack of something in your body, it is too much of everything. you saw that with your colon cleanse.

fasting is always the best medicine. you are clogged with mucus. since it hasnt been able to accumulate in your gut, it is coming out in other places. you want it to move down and out the toilet, where is should have gone in the first place, where it would have gone had you not overwhelmed your system with too much over an extended period of time.

i suggest you try oil pulling. http://www.oilpulling.com or go to the oil swishing forum here at curezone. you the cleanest most natural oil you have right there in the house until you can get the good stuff. it has done wonders for cleaning out sinuses. it is also a great way to detox. it cleans the blood and helps the liver function. i call it a mini disposable liver. it cant hurt you. play with it.
