I will look into the different cleansing suggestions you've made, and I will read around the different options available. I have not heard of many of the natural oils/skin care solutions you've mentioned so I do need to investigate further.

I am actually resident outside of the US (London), but I'm sure I can find somewhere similar here to the Whole Foods Market you've mentioned, or somewhere in the US that ships abroad (the All Natural Cleanse website for example appear to ship internationally).

I have also been giving my dental fillings some consideration as I was aware of their nickel content. I just wasn't sure what alternatives there were, or whether replacing them would be of any help.
