It SOUNDS like a small healing crisis, but sometimes when you begin to eat cooked food again, your body will reject it in certain ways, i.e. vomiting, diarrhea, mucous production [colds, flu], fever, ect.

Can you please give me an overlay of what you eat during the day? A typical meal plan?
