I'm posting this from another forum, but it's just as applicable regarding what's written above.
Wow, what vile vile racist stuff. I'm presuming the author of this piece is from a christian background and white (as I am) Well I doubt he'd personally feel the need to stand up and loudly fiercely and continuously denounce the deeds of Hitler, who was also christian and white. Most muslims have as little in common with the suicide bombers as I have (and I hope Mr Pilot has) with Hitler. Why should ordinary muslims have to in any way take responsibility or apologise for the deeds of the few fundamentalists? What's Terrorism to do with the millions of law abiding muslims? I speak as someone who was yards away from the bus bomb in London last year. I saw the bus explode and I saw the victims. There were muslims blown up in London on that day who weren't terrorists, just regular people on their way to work, as we all were, going about our business, just ordinary London commuters. Why should all muslims have to be held somehow personally accountable for acts of brutality that have nothing at all to do with them? I hope people can learn from attrocities, not use them to perpetrate hatred and racism.
Howit.
