Ok day 10 after taking a short break - 4days to get regular. I am doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and P&B and I got some muscus ropes -4 to5 inches long... then later in the after noon, I got black ropes with fussy stuff on them like moss. I can feel exactly where they used to be in my body - it freed up.

Have done sereral colonic seriers usually 1 x a year... I have never gotten more than a few little pouches of things. This is amazing. I can't wait to be rid of it.
