I have had vertigo for over 1 year now, not as severe as some people seem to have it. I don't get nauseous and the room doesn't really spin, it's more of an unbalance and anxiety feeling, feeling shaky and like I've had a few drinks all the time, it just doesn't go away. I feel like my head is full....I have been taking serc 16 mg 3 times a day and it doesn't seem to be doing anything, have been taking this medication for over 3 months now. I just have read in the past week about trigger point therapy using a physical therapist. Is this the type of therapy you are getting? I have my first assessment next week. I really hope this helps. I really don't know how this all started but I did do a Candida cleans a few months prior to all of this, maybe it had something to do with this... I don't know.
