Does anyone have any tried and true way to re-establish beneficial vaginal flora?
I have never had a yeast infection but many bladder infections, once my dr. took a culture and reported back that I had no good or bad bacteria what so ever-she seemed quite shocked actually. Is this possible to have no bacteria at all, vaginally?
