regardless...I think 7 spoons was too much. I FEEL SICK. I dont think its from the honey though. My stomach feels sick and im weak and I have this cold or allergy attack going on. If I told you what I ate at 8:30 tonight,you would bitch me out. Tons of crap all at once. no wonder I feel bad on top of the cold/allergies..

oh ya..I am definitely getting the flu or at least a very bad cold..
