My problem has always been that the computer I use for internet only is not the computer that I make labels with, if it were, I could simply look up the label and tell all the ingredients.

I use all the ocean herbs I can get in powder; chorella, kelp, dulse, etc. Anything you have and like comes from the ocean has the minerals to some degree, so the super cheap kelp is most people's choice.
